For a major CBD project, AEG delivered engineered roof access to support complex works in a high-visibility environment. A craneable scaffold solution was designed as a large span working deck to provide stable access and controlled movement, while aligning with crane lift sequencing. Careful coordination managed site interfaces and safe zones. The result supported safe, compliant progress and reduced the need for repeated access reconfiguration.
This Major Inner City Project for the WA Government required AEG to design and provide a number of specialised access solutions to support the client.
Reducing the volume of equipment required to safely and efficiently deliver the various access types to best support the client was the biggest challenge on this inner city project.
Protecting the fabric of the Heritage Listed elements of the works was also a key focal point for AEG.
AEG were requested by the client to supply, Scaffolding, Mastclimbers, Rope Access and Temporary Works Propping , Temporary Structural Engineering and Underground Horizontal Shoring to renovate the existing heritage listed building and construct the new elements of this World Class Museum.
